The welds are better, it's stainless steel, 8lbs instead of 10lbs, and the loadable sleeve was reduced to 8" for better maneuverability on movements like uppercuts and ballistic curls while still being able to load to the 100lb range. Lastly, we listen to our customers! Stainless Steel for better rust prevention, Flat Base so it can stand freely, and now Fits Tight Tolerance Plates!

This is the best option for an adjustable mace if you want to use common 2" Olympic weight plates. These are the kind of plates you will find in any commercial gym.  So whether you train at home or get after it at Anytime Fitness you are good to go. Just toss this beast into the bag and go. It's been tested and swung with 80lbs and had no issues with collar slipping. Handmade in the USA.
